How do I place an order?
Select a category from the left hand menu, where applicable, and then click on an item you would like to view in detail.
Choose your size and quantity and click on "Add To Cart" and then, to add more items select "Continue Shopping". Once you are ready to complete your purchase click on "View Cart" to confirm your items. After you confirm or make any changes on your items, click on "Checkout" to finish.
Phone & mail order
Unfortunately we are currently unable to process orders by phone and mail.
Order confirmation
After you click "Send Order" we email you an order confirmation to the e-mail address which you entered on your order form.
How do I check my order status?
Sign in to access your account by entering your email and password. Then, click on "Order History".
Click on an order number to view the entire order. If the order has shipped, click on the tracking number to track the status
of your package. You can expect to receive your package in approximately five to seven business days from the date the package
shipped.

If you have not created an account and place an order as a guest, you can check the status of your order using your order number and email address. Simply click on "Order Status" and then input your order number and email address. It will take you to your
order detail.

You may also call 1-866-780-3796, 8AM - 7 PM EST Mon - Fri to inquire about the status of your order with our Customer Service Department.
Modify or cancel order
Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order once it has been submitted. If you did not receive an Order Confirmation email or Shipping Confirmation, please check your account by clicking "My Account" to verify that your order has been placed and to check the order status.

Will I be charged tax?
We are required to collect sales tax for deliveries to the following states: NY, NJ, CA. The tax rate applied to your order will generally
be the combined state and local rate for the address where your order is shipped. We are required to collect tax on shipping and handling charges where applicable.
