| We hope that you love what you ordered. If any item that you are not completely happy with please follow the directions below to make a return or exchange. Returns are accepted within 30 days from the shipped date.
Our Return and Exchange Policy described below applies only to online purchases made through www.erynbrinie.com.

| Please note that all sales of jewelry, swimwear and items marked as "Sale" are final. FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds. The merchandise must be returned unworn with all tags attached and must be accompanied by the original return form to be eligible for an exchange, credit or refund. Foot wear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels. |

| Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment and will be appear on your monthly billing statement up to two billing cycles. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed. For returns from International and APO/FPO addresses, please allow 4-6 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited. |

| Once your return is processed we will send an email to notify you. If you request an exchange a second email will be sent once we process your new order. We are unable to guarantee that exchange merchandise will be available at the time your order is processed. Your original form of payment will be refunded in these cases. |

1. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All items must be returned in good condition to ensure credit.
2. Complete the "Return Form" and enclose it with your return.
3. Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
4. We are currently unable to process refunds at the store for any online purchases. For refunds of online-purchased merchandise, please make sure to send by mail to the following address.

- All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
- It is recommended that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return.
- Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to check delivery status.

1. Any defective item(s) or item(s) that was different from Original Invoice may be refunded or exchanged :
Please note that all defective items are subject to inspection.
2. You will be refunded the return shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or shipping error.
3. In order to receive credit for your return shipping cost, please make sure to attach the Return Shipping Receipt along with the Return Form.If UPS ground, FedEx ground, DHL ground or USPS Priority mail is used, full amount will be reimbursed. If overnight, 2 day, or 3-day service is used, only the amount UPS ground would have charged for the same return will be refunded to you, not the actual amount spent.
4. Exchanges are not accepted for returns from the U.S. territories, APO/FPO and International addresses. The U.S. territories includes: American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
